See information about the new table in T336365. As per T336365#8840868, the view should be created with the following restriction: do not replicate rows such that ce_tracking_tools.cett_event=campaign_events.event_id AND campaign_events.event_deleted_at IS NOT NULL.
Note that the tables will be in the extension1 cluster.

The wiki replicas do not contain the x1 cluster, so maybe this task is moot?
@Marostegui advised in the parent task that the replication rules should be written anyway, because adding them later would be much more work. I really don't know, I'm just parroting what I understood (maybe) from the conversation in the parent task :)
Oh yes I forgot they go to x1! No views there!
What I meant on the other task is if we wanted to make the tables private we should include the replication filters anyways.
But looks like they can be public and the only filtering is at a view level.
But as they will be in x1 there is no need for views.
