On wikis like the English Wikipedia, certain article titles (films, books, etc.) get italicized based on the DISPLAYTITLE magic word. Currently, the Wikipedia mobile app italicizes these in its search suggestions dropdown. However, Vector-2022, Minerva, and VisualEditor (when adding a wikilink) do not, so should be bought in line with this behavior. (Legacy Vector also has search results, but these seem to be simpler, as they don't contain short descriptions, and I'm presuming its behavior wouldn't get updated)
