Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• go to the Village pump of the Italian Wikipedia and open the Ongoing discussions page ("Discussioni in corso"), for example using this link
• try to reply with the reply tool

What happens?:

• the reply tool doesn't work, but a pop up message is shown instead, suggesting to "reply using the edit wikicode"

What should have happened instead?:

• the reply tool haven't to be shown in this kind of pages, because it is just a preview of an other subpage

or

• the message of the reply tool should be different for this kind of situation, because editing wikicode in this page will not allow to answer to the message. The message should be like "this is only a preview, to reply to the message please open the page of the discussion instead"
