Was make build run locally? Pulling a git checkout and running make build in Docker without making any local changes, I get a diff in data/locale/en/LC_MESSAGES/mkdocs.po. Not a big issue though. :)

Ugh, no I missed that in review. This is yet another example of the need for T299804: Add test for updated translation files so that computers remind us rather than waiting for humans to find these process hiccups.
