We will soon start using pyGNMI to manage some network devices.
Unfortunately, unlike most of its dependencies, it's not available in Debian and thus not usable by cookbooks on the cumin hosts.
This task is to track the packaging of pyGNMI and its one dependency not already in Debian: dictdiffer

I've uploaded dictdiffer for Bulleye and Bookworm (since we're likely about to move the Cumin servers to Bookworm in the not too distant future) to apt.wikimedia.org
Thanks for dictdiffer, because of a change in priorities and current limitations in pyGNMI, there is no more need to package it.
