Background: Organizers may be able to specify certain things that are relevant to Wikimedia, like the affiliate they are associated with or the grant ID associated with their event, in the future. However, this information is not relevant to third party MediaWiki users. For this reason, we need to determine how we record this data so it can be used for Wikimedia projects and excluded for third party users.

Acceptance criteria

• As wikimedia-affiliated organiser I want to record data that is wikimedia specific, but is not relevant to 3rd parties.
  • I want to know how we can do this without affecting non-wikimedia entities
