Project Name: hoiscript

Wikitech Usernames of requestors: Hoi

Purpose: Performing upload tasks to Commons

Brief description: My upload tasks require more memory to combine/split/process large files (typically PDFs) before uploading them to Commons. That requirements are not schedulable on Toolforge (T340716). I want to request a cloud VPS with 16GiB RAM and a reasonable amount of CPU and disk for Python script execution. The following software might be used: Python 3.11 (PSF License) and Podman(Apache); Python packages: pikepdf (MPL2.0), mwclient (MIT), pyyaml(MIT), requests(APACHE), more-itertools (MIT).

@Hoi project created, I added you as a "member". The default project quotas (80GB disk, 8CPU, 16GB RAM) should match your requirements.
