In T335749, an attempt was made to migrate all connections to the database using the IConnectionProvider type hint. It was later discovered that it would involve a lot of work to refactor PageTriageUtil::getPrimaryConnection() and PageTriageUtil::getReplicaConnection().

We should try to remove these connections and have every database connection go through ServiceWiring, where IConnectionProvider has been implemented.
