It should be possible to show the structured data for Commons files by default

When I open a file on Commons, I normally want to see what structured data there is so I can add more data. I've been using some CSS to force it to be displayed, but someone keeps finding new ways to hide it again.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

It would make viewing/editing the structured data slightly less tedious
