Instrument an event that triggers when a user clicks the typography size change buttons

Success Criteria

  1. Event fires from the browser upon user clicking the typography buttons
  2. Schema Event is logged in Hue with correct values
  3. TBD

Instrumentation shouldn't be necessary as we can use existing click tracking events.
