In T303815#9037002 we activated a retention plan for all non-signed documents in Scrive. The intention is to do the same for signed documents. Before this is possible though the following blockers need to be handled.

• Clear guidelines need to be set up documenting where, how and by whom signed documents are off-boarded - T341867
• The guidelines (above) need to be translated into a clear and complete routine - draft. This needs to in particular take into account:
  • Not off-boarding documents younger than 40 days, to give them added verifiability possibilities
  • Off-boarding documents straight of scrive.com, or ensuring that the file verifies before storing it locally.
• The current backlog of signed documents (oldest is 2020-07-02) need to be manually off-boarded
• Decide on whether we keep the 1 year retention time (technical requirements requires it to be no more than 365 days)
