Can you allow the text color and brightness to be adjusted in the settings, like the background / theme?, to help with accessibility needs?

Also to help with eye flow, is there a way you can bring in the left and right margins when reading an article? Reading all the way across on my iPad, its such a long sentience across the 12 inch screen, it is straining for the eyes.
