Description

Discovered while using XTools Blame. All WikiWho services fail on the English Wikipedia article Google Play.

This claims we're missing our SSL certificate (or similar issue), but that is not true, rather some side effect of the WikiWho stack rejecting the request. Locally, WikiWho times out for this article.

We'll need to carefully debug to figure what's going wrong.

I've looked into this and I have no idea what's going on. WikiWho completely fails for that article, and strangely the endpoint to the API for this article claims we don't have any SSL certificates when we do... super odd! This why you're seeing the message "Unknown."

I replicated the issue locally and there is just runs indefinitely, seemingly never getting a response -- so I'm actually kind of glad the production API errors out immediately!

Anyway, this will require tedious debugging to figure out, so I'm going to tag my team as it may have to dip into my "work time."
