ErfgoedBot compiles the list of unused images. However, lately it also adds to the list those images that are in use on Wikimedia projects. For example,
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Гороховец,_Ленина,_29.jpg
is added to the list,
https://ru.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Культурное_наследие_России/Неиспользуемые_изображения
despite being used. The image has been uploaded 3 months ago, so it does not seem to be a simple time lag problem.
