Feature summary:
Make it possible to link directly to the Details-tab of a function. The tabs currently have an Anchor, but opening the link in a new browser-window/tab doesn't open the UI-tab. E.g. https://www.wikifunctions.org/view/en/Z10000#cdx-wl-function-viewer-details-1

Use case(s):

As a user creating a discussion post, or filing a bug-report…
- I want to be able to link someone directly to the Details tab, without having to specify "and click the Details tab" each time.

Benefits:

Easier and clearer communication
Reduced confusion
