Confirmed: five renamings are stuck today, the oldest one started on 4th. Different dates, different size of task. Others work fine. I just added a new rename which ran through in seconds.
@Devs: Could one of you try out these recommendations: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Stuck_global_renames ?
