During the discussion in the Wikimania hackathon, @Andrew and I thought of creating a user script for the Wikimedia Commons to promote the 3D Models on Commons as they are different from Images, Videos and Sounds.
So the Task is to add a 3D models option beside Videos in the main page actions section.
