It appears that WikiApiary has been in a ready only mode since 2023-05-20.
Is there any plans on bringing it back out of ready only soon?

@MarkAHershberger May I ask what is going on right now? Do you know when the migration will complete? It is already September.
I have had a busy few months with a new job and other obligations. @cicalese has been working with me to move WikiApiary back to WMCS, but we've run into problems with SMW.
I'll post an update to the WikiApiary mailing list this weekend.
I'm afraid you are right. The new site is still under construction.
