- The idea is that we are not supposed to patrol articles if they were created within the last hour, except for serious issues, in order to give the creator time to work on them.
- These were previously highlighted with a red highlight. In the Vue.js rewrite, this got refactored to no highlight and a tiny yellow icon
- We can leave the yellow icon for accessibility
- But looks like patrollers like the red highlight as well
- It doesn't have to be red, but I would like some kind of color highlight for the entire date, to increase visibility of this
