The Wikifunctions site currently has https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:NearbyPages enabled, which doesn't appear to have a use-case on this wiki.
It creates a confusing and prominent site-menu entry in the mobile site, and should probably be turned off at this wiki.
