I tried to download the timecard in CSV format, but it is not downloading

Description

If I look at user statistics, and try to download the timecard in CSV format, instead of downloading the timecard in CSV format it produces a new window with the timecard.

XTools version: 3.18.6-bfa68078

CSV simply was added as a downloadable format for the timecard... but it will be soon :) I've got the code written and will get it deployed soon. Thanks for the task!
