As discussed in the May in-person meeting of the team, WMAT will draft an agreement mentioning the required process to make the WLM-i part of the WMAT fund and reporting process.

• The MoU is to specify the responsibilities for both parties, and should also cover aspects related to the integration of the WLM grant in the future, including an exit clause
