Description

NOTE: This is a technical implementation task. It cannot be tested on its own. It will be tested as part of T321815.

Create a hook when an organiser is configuring registration on Special:EnableEventRegistration AND Special:EditEventRegistration
This should be fired before the form is loaded so that the extension can insert fields into the form.
