In the confirm user form is not updated the type of license.

Right is: CC BY-SA 4.0
In English (maybe) okey, but in the another languages, it's not completed.
In skwiki – it's not update license.

Message cx-license-agreement was updated in rECTX45a89fcc8165: Update license to CC BY-SA 4.0 and clarify GFDL 1.3 license, but many translations are still outdated.
I could run search and replace for it, but I can't add the GFDL version number automatically.
Currently the message shows the 4.0 version of the license on both mobile and desktop:
if it was updated in English, the translations should be updated as well. If they are not translated, just put the English text there to encourage them to change it.
The current status is now an unfinished solution. On skwiki there is a translation in the old license, i.e. j. CC BY SA 3.0.
The Localization infrastructure flags the outdated messages for translators to update them. This page shows that the messages have been updated already for many languages.
We'll check which is the status again in some months, but this doe not involve changes in the product itself so I think the ticket can remain as resolved.
The update of translation is plus-minus done. Some wikis have the license text only as the link on the The term of use. And the 14 translations have in the context the string $1.
P.S.: @Nikerabbit: If the update is not realize with bot, so why not manual (rhetoric question)? 124 items * 30s = minimal 1 hour a 2 minutes
