Peter had initially added the Fundraiseup script to the body of DonateWiki, it seems to work well but FRUP requires this script stays in the head of DonateWiki html.

Change 959347 had a related patch set uploaded (by Greg Grossmeier; author: Damilare Adedoyin):
[mediawiki/extensions/FundraiserLandingPage@master] Added Fundraiseup code to DonateWiki Head. Still need to confirm from Peter if the form-template is a good enough flag to use.
