Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Switch the language to Spanish
Open a page in the Anexo namespace (for instance, https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anexo:Pa%C3%ADses)

What happens?:
Since this namespace contains encyclopedic content akin to the main namespace, it should have the features of bookmarking, switching language, or seeing the TOC enabled. It currently doesn't.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): Android app, version 2.7.50452-4-2023-09-06
