Steps to replicate the issue:

Add 45 languages to your Babels
Open the edit view of termbox while logged-in
Click on the pulsating dot

What happens?:

The onboarding popup does not fully load

What should have happened instead?:

The onboarding popup should have fully loaded (see T316769)
