@Jdforrester-WMF - awesome - thank you! I was going to use this patch to address a few other namespace related requests. However, they are not ready yet - so if you are okay with two deployments - I think we are good to deploy this one (which of all the requests is most time-sensitive). If you would prefer to do just one deployment (or that this one patch not address multiple tickets) - I can process the other two related tickets in the next couple of days.

@Jdforrester-WMF, @Esanders, @Urbanecm - thank you for reviews and help as always. All of the namespaces requested are now in the patch attached to this ticket. It is ready for deployment whenever it gets final review. Thank you!!

You probably learned that from James already, but ftr, config changes (and backports) need to be scheduled for deployment via https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Deployments.
