UploadWizard should add attribution

Description

At one point in the upload wizard the uploader is able to enter a name to be shown. This name is used in the "author" field of the information field. This name should also be used in the attribution field of the license.

I think the way it was solved was the best shot, if that raises questions I can't think of another quick fix, regex is nothing better.

I don't think there's a simple way to solve this with the new configuration system, so I'm going to lower the priority for now, maybe we can work in a new config option like "include attribution" or something.
