Background: Right now, when an organizer send an email to participants, they receive a basic confirmation message in a pop-up. However, there is no information that is stored on their communication that they can later look back upon. This can present challenges for organizers, since they may not remember when they sent a message or what was the contents of the message. It would be useful for us to have a log of, at the very least, the message date and the message subject. It would be even better if the organizer could also read the message contents.

Note that we may want to create a generalized solution that we can use for the Event-Discovery project, so that organizers who send event invitations can also see when the invitation was sent.
