Hi @BamLifa, please provide a list of clear steps to reproduce the situation (e.g. how and where someone tries to "reset" something), plus what exactly happens at which stage (full error messages, etc).
It also might be easier to join #wikimedia-tech on Libera IRC to debug this.

Now you can click the "reset password" button. You reach here https://idm.wikimedia.org/wikimedia/password/. Enter your email and wait and wait and wait, the link never arrives.

Are you sure that you're checking the correct email address? Your LDAP/Gerrit email address is different from your Phabricator email address.

Yes, I did skip it because it's no longer possible to reset from there (see image below).

Yes. The issue is that, it's not only me but other people in the session.

You have to add your LDAP account username not email on that page, i successfully reset my password using above link
