Hello, there's been no new reports at CopyPatrol for five hours. Also, I am unable to load the iThenticate reports. Thank you.

The bot was running but may have not received responses from iThenticate. Given that iThenticate reports were having issues, I would assume it was an issue on the iThenticate side.
