Following on from T304650 - we're now displaying exemption status for blocks, but we have other exemption statuses in the library: Ignoring all bundle eligibility criteria, and being a superuser.

We could also display these on the profile and application views.

This isn't a high priority as it's rare that these criteria are relevant to an application, or would not be known to the affected user.
