Successfully uploaded this image:

However as the image updated it still showed the original, as the main image ,and thumbnail.
Came up with an error message: ''[7394b5b8-783e-41b5-8f56-8a168f95ef74] 2023-10-19 14:21:24: Fatal exception of type "UploadStashFileNotFoundException''
