The parent ticket is about automatically gathering, every month, the proportion of uploads via UW that have a deletion request that mentions copyright containing the file created within 30 days of upload, and sending an alert with that number to the structured content team

@Cparle Could we add columns for %deletions without DR and %DR that include FOP as well?
I added the FoP numbers to the spreadsheet - they're the biggest single reason for deletion requests, but all copyvios added together are around 20x more common
