Add missing special page names/aliases in Serbian Latin script where Serbian Cyrillic exists

Description

I found that some *alias.php have translation(s) for Serbian Cyrillic script, but not for Serbian Latin.

With the help of VPS-project-Codesearch I made a list, which is available here.
The left side is in Serbian Cyrillic script, right side is the Serbian Latin script (removed repos don't have Serbian Latin).

With this task, and the patches that I'll make, I'll make sure that each repository is consistent regarding the Serbian language scripts and topic of the task.
