Thanks for the task Elena! This looks to be a testwiki specific problem, since it does not appear in beta. It also apparently cannot be reproduced on cawiki or hewiki, which have wmf.3 already. I filled a RESTBase-specific task, T350349: RESTBase page summary is not functional on test.wikipedia.org, and tagged it with RESTBase and SRE. Hopefully, someone can take a look soon. Moving to Blocked on the sprint board, as I don't think there's much we can do about the RESTBase issue here.
Yes, it's testwiki specific. It was the first thing I checked if other wiki in wmf.3 are affected (they were not, and I meant to update the task and didn't). Thanks for the follow-up!
