• log in into Wikidata
• in your user page create a babel containing the language code roa-tara with wichever level (e.g. roa-tara-0) and save
• go to whichever item

What happens?:

• roa-tara should appear among the languages of your box of labels, descriptions and aliases, but it doesn't appear in fact
