• Try to edit, move, or delete it

What happens?:

• The page cannot be opened in any "normal" way -- not via https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC:_%D0%A6%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F, not via https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC%3A_%D0%A6%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F, not even via the history page trick that works with some user pages (https://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=BBC:_%D0%A6%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F&action=history). In all cases bbcwiki page Цивилизация is trying to open, which obviously does not exist. The only working method to open the page that I found is https://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=BBC:_%D0%A6%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F&direction=next&oldid=123091116.
• It is impossible to edit, move, or delete it.

What should have happened instead?:
The page should be possible to open/edit/move/delete or at least it should be possible to move it to a page whose title doesn't start with "bbc:".
