Reason: Dexbot with 27.8 million edits works everywhere and does everything, all sorts of stuff in Wikidata (it has approval for sixteen different tasks), and fawiki (ml-based revert bot, archiving, interwiki clean up, adding navboxes, etc. It has approval for 29 different tasks) to fixing broken section links in English Wikipedia to archiving old message in Central Kurdish Wikipedia to updating map of db maintenance in wikitech. It's a monster of a tool. I wish I could have optimized anything but I'm not sure with this level of activity there is anything to optimize.
