Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Deploy Mediawiki (1.39 or 1.40)
• Enable the plugin in the settings

What happens?:
In the dev tools of the web browser we get the following error message :
The resource from “http://wiki.example.com/load.php?lang=fr&modules=startup&only=scripts&raw=1&skin=vector” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

What should have happened instead?:

No error should be raised
