Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:NewPagesFeed
Select and copy to clipboard the first username in the new pages feed
Set filters -> Were created by -> Username -> click the text box -> paste
Without clicking anything else, immediately click "Set filters"
