feels very confusing when displayed on a wiki that is not the Wikimania wiki.

@sgrabarczuk: Would you be okay if I remove that line from the banner text? It won't affect translations of the other line, as they're two separate units.

I've hidden the other line. It's a reused banner, so I'm not removing the other line for the sake of the next year's edition. Thanks @Barkeep49 for noticing!!
