Description

Plus a bunch of arcanist cases where someone manually added a link to the code. I'll file another task for (and fix) that soon so the arcanist ones also have a link.

See https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Phabricator:arcanist-core-00003a701ef56dd7/qqq for an example - it says "ArcanistDiffWorkflow.php:2568" with no link. This task is saying that should be linked in the same way as, for example, https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Phabricator:phabricator-almanac-01579ede2f125abd/qqq.
