Test Scope

Acceptance Criteria

Banners are based on the control banner of desktop-de-13.
The variant banner user a different headline containing
- the day of the month as an ordinal number without leading zeros followed by the full month name (e. g. "20. November").
- the time in the format HH:mm.
The date and time in the headline is regularly updated.
~~If the banner is too small for the user's viewport, the mini banner is displayed.~~
