Per this announcement, from December 11th all MediaWiki streams will include 'canary' events which should be discarded. We should do so in Hashtags.

It's unlikely that these events would be caught in the event filtering we do in the Hashtags tool anyway, so this doesn't have a hard deadline, but is probably worth doing.
