Description

It is now exceedingly hard to get function calls to work using docker-compose. We should update the developer cheat-sheet and also provide up-to-date example config (especially docker-compose.override.yml which better reflect the current state of affairs.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria (returned value, expected error, performance expectations, etc.)

• developer cheat-sheet instructions get you to a working installation;
• evaluator config is split into multiple services in docker-compose.override.yml
