What happened?

https://quarry.wmcloud.org/query/77794: "This query was stopped"

What should have happened?

This query worked for a long time. Execution time was 120-180 seconds.
It should deliver 0 to 10 invalid URLs.
I used it, to remove invalid URLs from dewiki.

The wiki replicas were accidentally running on shorter-than-usual network timeouts due to the work going on in T346947: Move wiki replicas behind cloudlb. That's now been fixed, try again?
