The TeX <math>z = \operatorname{erf}^{-1}(p)</math> is not rendered correctly, see the picture.

This is also a problem with Firefox. I would guess it is most likely a regression as it renders mover rather than msup cf. https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Bug:T352699
