The top bar tab counter stops counting at exactly 100. You can have... 110, 125, 150 and any other number bigger than 100 pages opened and you will still see 100 there.

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Open any article in Wikipedia mobile application for Android
• Open 99 more tabs / articles
• Open one another (or more) articles to have total number of articles opened in the same time bigger than one hundred

What happens?:

Tab count widget displays 100 value.

What should have happened instead?:

Tab count widget displays actual number of opened tabs or 100+ value or at least ∞ symbol to denote that there are more than 100 tabs opened.
